Shipping and Delivery Times

Please allow up 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Once it has been sent, it can take approximately 5 working days to be delivered.  Please note that we will be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product during busy sale periods.

We are working as hard as we can to make sure your parcel gets to you!

 

Bedding and accessories

We are sure that you will love your Olli Ella purchase – but if, for any reason you don’t please see below for our returns policy.

All unused products may be returned for a full refund providing ALL of the following conditions are met:

1. Returned Product is received by Olli Ella within 14 days from ship date (can be found on top right side of packing list)

2. Products have been unused, unwashed, and are returned in original packaging in original condition.

3. Products shipped to customers outside of the AU are not able to be returned.

If all of the above conditions are met please use the following instructions when returning/ exchanging product:

1. Contact questions@olliella.com to request return/ exchange, explaining reason for return and listing order number. 

2. Once return has been authorized product should be packaged in original packaging and returned with packing list to: Olli Ella CO/ Next Logistics 1A 35-47, Stennett Road, Ingleburn 2565 - NSW within 14 days of authorization. Packages received after this period will not be accepted. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation we would be happy to process the refund/ exchange and will confirm this with an email.

*Sale items are non-refundable

Please return any faulty products to 85 Elizabeth Street, Paddington, Sydney, 2021

Please note that Olli Ella is not responsible for transit costs for returned items, these are at the customer’s expense unless a product has a fault. Please note, we reccomend all returns be send via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.

 

Nursing Chair Orders 

We are committed to ensuring that all aspects of delivery go smoothly and that your chair arrives in perfect condition (with as little cost to you as possible).

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with your order details. Payments are made securely by Eway. 

As our chairs are made to order, please allow a lead time of 8-10 weeks.

Once your chair is ready to be delivered, we will call you to set up your desired delivery date.

Please make sure that you are at home during the scheduled delivery day as redelivery is chargeable.

Free delivery is available for Sydney and Melbourne metro. Delivery charges apply for all other states. Please contact questions@olliella.com with your full address for a shipping quote. 

Nursing Chair Delivery and cancellation policy

Olli Ella offers a 7 day cancellation policy from the date that your order was placed. Because all of our furniture is custom made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns after this period.
